As we round out 2021 and I look back on the past 24 months, I am reminded every day of how lucky we are, and I am so deeply grateful for all the people we are surrounded by. As a boutique, family-owned company, our biggest priorities have always been our guests and the communities and people we have chosen to partner with globally. We could not be prouder of the level of dedication, respect, kindness and compassion that everyone has shown one another during these rather trying times.
As we set our sights on some pretty exciting horizons, our amazing sales and operations team have gone above and beyond at every turn to ensure that each and every one of our guests and travelers has a seamless, worry-free trip. With ever-changing protocols, their dedication to the details is everything, and our greatest reward is your kind words. Our marketing team continues to inspire and guide us, giving us a reason to stay bright, stay positive and to get out there and live life to the fullest at every turn. Our partners across the globe keep us inspired by their commitment to keeping their staff and teams employed; when we think of the profound work they do in conservation and community empowerment, we are in awe of these amazing people.
I am constantly reminded that we have choices on how we live, how we travel, how we treat one another, who we partner with, and why the connections between human beings and our connection to nature is so vital to our well being. The way we relate to and care for one another is EVERYTHING and is why the warm, genuine feedback and notes of gratitude from our returning guests this year have meant so much to us.
