With only six light and airy tents that represent ‘back to the classic’ safari design and incredibly joyful hosts, you’ll feel like part of the camp’s family.

Mara Expedition Camp, set in the Masai Mara Reserve, offers views of both the Serengeti-Mara ecosystem and the private Mara North Conservancy. Known for resident leopards and the wildebeest migration, guests can enjoy the action from their private verandah or on game drives. The camp’s tan canvas tents provide a cozy stay, and guests can participate in nature walks to learn about native trees and the camp’s eco-friendly practices.

How To Get There

Most visitors fly from Nairobi to the Masai Mara, a 45–60 minute flight, to avoid poor roads and maximize safari time. From the airstrip, a 4x4 takes you to your lodge or camp.

Flora & Fauna

The Masai Mara is home to over 95 mammal species, including the Big Five. Its landscape features acacia trees, grasslands, and shrubs.
